Dr. Lisa Moscoso will mail graduates’ parents two letters with Commencement information — one to be mailed in late December and another mailed in mid April.
In November, please visit WebSTAC to verify names, titles and addresses so your family will receive these notifications.
WebSTAC instructions
Log into WebSTAC using your WUSTL Key. If you have issues with your WUSTL Key, call the Systems and Procedures Help Desk at 314-935-5707.
To add parents and contact information, follow the instructions below. You may add contact information for multiple parents or households by repeating these instructions.
- Click ‘Contact Information’ (on left side of screen)
- Click ‘Add New Address’, then scroll down and click ‘Parents’
- Complete all of the address information fields
- In the bottom box, ‘Parent/Guardian Name,’ enter the correct spelling for first and last names, including titles – e.g., “Mr. and Mrs. William Smith” or “Dr. and Mrs. William Smith” or “Doctors William and Mary Smith” or “Mr. William Smith” or “Ms. Mary Smith” etc.
